In 1984, I took my first solo trip to Europe. 40 years later, I’ve exchanged a backpack for a roller bag. Instead of taking slides, I’ll use my iPhone. Instead of a private, cordoroy-covered journal (which I still cherish) I will post a public blog. Hopefully, you’ll share the awe and joy of what a poet notices. Not all who wander are lost, and I’m forever curious about the world and in its peoples.
